As a Licensed barber my personal objective is to provide a service that will help promote self care and positivity into your life. 

The World Health Organization's definition of self-care is "the ability of individuals, families and communities to promote health, prevent disease, maintain health, and cope with illness and disability with or without the support of a health-care provider."

Often stigmatized Men feel as if self-efficiency and acting tough, prevent men from prioritizing self-care practices associated with emotional and mental well-being.

I advocate towards mental health everyday and I will continue as it is my mission.
